Timothy Hampton Browder, Sr., 53, of Conway, SC and formerly of Roanoke Rapids, NC, died January 3, 2010.

Timothy was born May 21, 1956, the son of Susan Dickens Browder and the late Thaddeus H. (Thad) Browder.

He is survived by his wife, Lynette Williams Browder; two sons, Timothy, Jr. and Travis Browder, of the home; his mother, Susan Dickens Browder, originally from Weldon and now residing in High Point; four sisters, Susan Perry and her husband, Anthony, of Rockville, MD, Debra Warren and her husband, Richard, of Whitakers, Elizabeth Mize and her husband, Gregory, of Lexington, NC and Amy Heybrock and her husband, Jeffrey, of High Point; and several nieces and nephews.

Askew Funeral & Cremation Services is handling the arrangements, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Hilton Jeffreys officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time, and after the service will receive friends at the home of Edna Weeks, 1144 Washington Ave., Weldon, NC.
